Fast Food

Food has become more problematic then drugs because it’s inexpensive and convenient. The food industry has realised that there’s nothing faster than food that hits the reward centres of the brain. Combat Loneliness

Taking advantage of the time we have to connect is important in combatting the negative feelings that are present during any time of isolation. During our meet-up groups members can find information, advice, and are able to chat. We believe having someone to talk to can better help members to cope with their current lifestyle. We are in this together and can offer understanding, help and support for each other.
