One Less Challenge

Having just one less of something soon adds up.

Within reason, we all know what we should eat or not eat, but for many of us habits are hard to change and it’s too easy to have that one extra piece of something, especially during these challenging times. We are passionate about helping people make small changes to their health so they can feel good about themselves. For this reasons, we have set up the 'One Less Challenge'.

Rather than cutting everything out or making massive changes that aren’t sustainable, we encourage you to have one less of something. One example could be having one less of your favourite take-away’s. With that in mind, consider and ask yourself, "What could I have one less of today?"

It’s not about giving anything up, simply having one less will make a significant difference in a year.
