Lifestyles are patterns of actions that differentiate people.

Breaking Habits

One of the first stages is to question and challenge established beliefs that are simply not working in your best interests. Change your mindset; challenge what you normally say to yourself. Here’s five examples:

  1. If you believe “It’s hopeless,” ask “ How is it possible?”

  2. If you believe “I’m helpless,” ask “What do I already know about it?”

  3. If you believe “It’s useless,” ask “How is it desirable?”

  4. If you believe “I’m blameless,” ask “How am I responsible?”

  5. If you believe “I’m worthless,” ask “How do I deserve it?”

Time to Relax

Our inner-critic, at the back of our mind, is allowed to continually say and do the same things over and over, and all the while we wonder why we lack a sense of calm and being settled, but rather a nagging feeling of stress and anxiety. Together we can tackle and challenge these growing levels of worry and anxiety in an attempt to offset any health concerns.
