We provide a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere where you can chat with others who are going through similar experiences to yours. The group is held on the second Friday of every month at 1.15-2.15pm. “I like being connected to the other people, and seeing everybody and seeing how well everybody is doing, but also I like to use it as information gathering so we all bounce off each other, and I like that, that connection where, I won’t say we’re particularly helping each other but that one person will say something and somebody else will bounce off that, and I find that helpful.”
